CREDITS
When you purchase a class package, you are purchasing a discounted number of classes to be used in a specified period of time. If you have a medical condition or some emergency circumstances that prevent you from completing your classes before the expiration date, please call us immediately and we will make an adjustment to your account for the unused classes.

• Wear Loose Comfortable Clothing
• Do Not Eat At Least Two Hours Prior to Class
• If You Are Low on Fuel, Have Some Fruit Juice

We provide mats, blankets, blocks and straps for your convenience.
