THAI MASSAGE

“The next big frontier of medicine
is energy medicine.” ~ Dr. Oz
The Oprah Show, December 3, 2007

Thai massage provides energy medicine by using healing bodywork to balance the flow of energy throughout the body. Eastern medicine theorizes that pain and disease originate from blocked or stagnated energy in the body. Thai massage facilitates the deeper mechanical functions of the body. This relieves deep muscle tension and increases joint mobility. Thai massage is applied using acupressure, reflexology, stretch with gentle traction, and rhythmic compression. Thai massage is an ancient healing bodywork derived from yoga, Ayurvedic, and Chinese medicine.
